Amazing Opportunity for a Valuer in Stamford with a successful Estate Agency. If you are currently a Valuer or a Negotiator looking to progress your career then please see the details below!

Basic salary £20,000 with OTE £40,000+

If you have at least one year’s experience within estate agency and have great knowledge of the local area, then this is definitely worth your attention. Consideration will also be given to a strong candidate looking to progress their career from negotiator or similar role, however training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients and assess their particular needs
• Register and manage applicants
• To value properties and bring them to market
• Photography and floor plans
• Arrange and attend viewings around homes
• Provide regular feedback and contact to our clients
• Canvass for new business opportunities
• Have a good understanding of current industry standards and regulations and be able to speak knowledgeably to clients and applicants
• Respond to queries via e-mail and telephone
• To deliver exceptional customer service
• Sales progression regular client contact
• To increase market share and exceed targets
• Liaise with solicitors
• Close deals

Essential:

• Estate agency experience is essential
• You must be enthusiastic, ambitious and results driven
• Well-presented, communicative, and articulate
• You must have the desire to succeed and the drive to achieve
• Outstanding interpersonal skills are crucial
• Be able to present and close
• Full UK driving licence
