UX designer - Forward Role : Job Details

Senior UX Contractor 

About the Role:We are looking for talented Senior UX Contractors to join one of our key clients on a hybrid working model. Based in the North West, you will have the flexibility to work remotely while collaborating with our Manchester-based design agency. This is a great opportunity to work on an exciting project, shaping user experiences that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with business stakeholders, product owners and other members of the UX team to identify and prioritise problem areas
• Running workshops
• Mapping user journeys to analyse pain points
• Identify solution opportunities
• Create wireframes and design specifications using the business' Design Toolkit
• Experience of high fideltity designs on Figma

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and usability testing platforms.
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs.
• Familiarity with agile development processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Other considerations

• Outside IR35
• 6 month contract
• Option to extend contract 
• 1-2 days in the office per week (must be based in the North West or able to commute occasionally to Manchester)
• Day rate of 550-650 per day
