UX Copywriter H&B&Me - Holland & Barrett International Limited : Job Details

We're looking for a talented UX Copywriter  on a 12 months fixed term contract to help shape how users experience and emotionally connect with H&B&Me, our hyper-personalised digital wellness platform. You'll turn complex health journeys into simple, supportive, and motivating content that drives real behaviour change — through every word, prompt, and interaction.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft clear, engaging copy across the app — onboarding, nudges, buttons, tooltips, notifications, and more
• Translate behaviour change strategies into everyday, human language
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, marketing, and behavioural science teams to align copy with user journeys"
• Develop and maintain our content style guide and tone of voice standards
• Test, learn, and iterate based on A/B results and user feedback
• Champion inclusive, accessible language that works globally
• (Bonus) Support localisation and translation discussions across markets

Location:

This is a hybrid role based in London, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.

The Person:

Key Requirements:

• Experience writing UX or product copy in digital/mobile environments
• Strong command of tone, clarity, grammar, and emotional intelligence
• User-first mindset and ability to simplify complex ideas
• Excellent collaboration skills in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
• Experience with content style guides and testing copy effectiveness
• (Desirable) Familiarity with Figma, health tech, or localisation
