Team Overview The Energy team sits within the Savills Property Management (PM) Division and provides an energy bureau and procurement service to the Property Management client portfolio.
The Energy team work closely alongside Savills Property Management’s ESG and Sustainability teams to develop a client focussed Energy and Utility service.The team now comprises circa 70 people, the majority of whom are based in Cardiff. The team is split into 4 smaller teams - Client Management, Operations, ( Bill Validation, Debt, COTs,Query Management) Procurement and Data support including Tenant Recharges ) with the Client Managers based around the UK in Manchester, Birmingham, London and Cardiff.Find out more about Savills offer
