Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Salary: £40,000 Basic + OTE up to £80,000

Company car included, Pension scheme

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, 5 days including weekends

We're after a driven, hands-on General Manager to own our Wolverhampton branch. You'll be the engine behind sales, operations, and killer customer service in a busy, high-volume environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own the branch's success - sales, profit, and customer happiness all on your watch
• Inspire and lead your sales and ops teams to hit and beat targets
• Drive revenue growth and push profit margins

Must haves:

• 5+ years' senior management experience in automotive sales
• Track record of success in busy dealerships or car supermarkets
