Are you a qualified Urban Designer, Architect or Town Planner with a passion for Urban Design?

If so, I would be keen to hear from you regarding an exciting opportunity with a highly regarded consultancy in Cardiff. This is a permanent position and candidates need to have UK experience in residential masterplanning.

Join a practice that has been delivering excellent schemes for its clients for close to 20 years! This role has come about due to continued growth and the role will suit someone who is looking for a diverse workload that will also include regeneration projects and frequent interactions with other internal teams such as landscape and planning.

In order to apply, candidates should hold a Masters in Urban Design, Planning, Architecture or Landscape Architecture. You should have good commercial awareness and strong design skills (on complex sites ideally). Good three-dimensional design understanding/experience is needed, as is good graphic and verbal presentation skills. You should have the ability to take ownership of your own projects (with the support of others). You should have a willingness to learn and grow (Candidates will be provided with a professional development plan to ensure that this happens!). Lastly, the experience of Vectorworks is advantageous, however, training and guidance are provided for those who have not used it before.
