UPKS2 Teacher - Academics : Job Details

Are you a UPKS2 Teacher looking for a refreshing and exciting, teaching post?

Academics are working closely with local primary schools across Sherwood, Nottinghamshire who are looking for confident UPKS2 teacher's to join their team on an ad-hoc, short-term or long-term basis.

The schools that Academics are supporting share a hard-working but incredibly supportive team ethos and they take pride in their achievements and taking care of their staff members.

Our schools are looking for certain skills and training when adding to their UPKS2 teams, which include:

• A QTS or equivalent
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A love for the classroom and education
• An enhanced DBS certificate or the willingness to process a new one
• Experience achieving great success for UPKS2 pupils
• Creativity and innovation when it comes to planning and delivering UPKS2 lessons
• The ability to take on feedback and reflect on your professional performance
• You will ideally have a proven track record of success leading pupils into their SATs year which can be evidenced through referencing
• Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 Curriculum
