• Support children in EYFS and KS1 classrooms, assisting with learning activities and routines.
• Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning and promote engagement.
• Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support children with varying needs, including those with additional learning requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience working with children in EYFS and KS1 settings.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
