Are you confident, resilient, and looking for a rewarding role in education? Tradewind Recruitment are seeking enthusiastic individuals to work as an Unqualified Teacher within secondary schools across Warrington and the surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain classroom experience without the pressure of planning or marking. As an Unqualified Teacher, you'll be delivering pre-set lessons, managing behaviour, and keeping students on task while providing a positive learning environment.

The role:

• Delivering lessons already planned by subject teachers

• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a calm, safe environment

• Supporting students to stay focused and engaged

• Acting as a positive role model within the school community

About you:

• Confident and comfortable managing groups of young people

• Previous experience in roles such as Leader, Manager, Sports Coach, Dance Coach, or similar is highly desirable

• Strong behaviour management and communication skills

• A professional and adaptable approach to working in different school settings
