We're working with a fast-growing, globally focused underwriting business that's redefining how alternative risk solutions, binders and portfolio deals are underwritten. With offices in the UK and US, and platforms including Lloyd's consortia and US E&S, this team is expanding - and they're looking for an ambitious, analytical underwriter to grow with them.

The Opportunity

You'll play a key role in the growth of a diverse and expanding portfolio, expected to more than double over the next three years. This is a varied underwriting role - cutting across multiple products, geographies, and distribution partners - suited to someone who thrives in a non-traditional, fast-evolving environment.

What You'll Do:

• Underwrite across a diversified portfolio with low nat cat and low limit exposure across territories.

• Engage directly with brokers, Coverholders, and capital providers on both renewal and new business opportunities.

• Travel internationally to build relationships and source new distribution deals.

• Work with actuarial and data teams to assess portfolio performance and optimise underwriting strategy.
