  • Are you passionate about providing top quality product training and clinical support? A leader in the medical imaging space is currently looking for an Ultrasound Applications Specialist to join their close-knit team and provide clinical training and support.

    The roleIn this role, you’ll be providing clinical training and support on our client’s Ultrasound portfolio by assessing customer and training needs to achieve sales goals. You’ll liaise with both customers and other internal teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure all customers get the very best out of their systems.

    Other responsibilities include:

    • Ensuring customers are fully trained on our client’s products

    • Performing high quality, product demonstrations

    • Staying up to date with market and customer expectations

    • Providing timely communication to users pre and post-training

    • Implementing local marketing plans to achieve growth targets

    • Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

    The requirements

    You’ll have medical experience as a medical practitioner, nurse, MTA or MRTA, as well as…

    • 2+ years of experience in Ultrasound in a global medical device company

    • Proficient computer literacy skills (MS Office and SAP)

    • Strong service mentality and customer orientation

    • Highly motivated, driven and enthusiastic

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong intercultural competence and personal initiative

    • Methodical problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

    • Able to build strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders

    • Motivated and driven to succeed
