UK and Ireland Sales Manager - Industrial Equipment - ConveyorsSalary: £45,000 - £55,000 + 10-15% KPI-driven bonusLocation: UK & Ireland (with occasional EU travel)Contract Type: Full-time, PermanentCompany Car: Tesla Model Y (fully expensed) till 2027

We are expanding and looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive new business growth across the UK and Ireland. This is a field-based role focused on uncovering opportunities, developing tailored proposals, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing.

• Generate new business leads (80/20 new business focus)

• Build a strong pipeline through market research and outreach

• Develop proposals and quotations tailored to client needs

• Document sales activity, leads, and interactions

• Manage territory independently with full ownership of the sales process

• Travel throughout the UK, Ireland, and occasionally across the EU

• Report directly to the Head of Sales

• Background in industrial, forklift, material handling, or logistics

• Experience in conveyor systems (preferred)

• Minimum 3 years' regional sales experience

• Proven business development track record

• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)

• Strong hunter mentality and desire to be on the road

• £45,000 - £55,000 base salary

• 10-15% performance bonus (KPI-driven)
