Trusts Advisor 

Solicitor, Legal Executive or non-qualified Fee Earner 

1+ PQE 

Taunton or Wellington, Somerset

What will you do? 

• Run your own Trusts caseload 
• Advise existing trustee's, beneficiaries and those setting up Trusts
• Administration of Trusts
• Creation & termination of Trusts
• Provide tax advice to Trustees, prepare the relevant tax returns & annual accounts 
• Advise and assist with regulatory matters including registration with HMRC’s Trust Registration Service 

What do you need? 

• Ideally to be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Trusts Advisor 
• You do not need to be qualified to fulfill this role 
• At least 1 years’ experience within trusts - or at least a private client background and interest in trusts work
