Treasury Manager - RM RECRUIT LIMITED : Job Details

RM Recruit is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded organisation to recruit a skilled and experienced Treasury Manager. This pivotal role will lead on treasury strategy, cashflow management, and the optimisation of asset security, ensuring the organisation’s funding, liquidity, and compliance requirements are met.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will:

• Lead on the delivery of the treasury strategy, including funding, hedging, and liquidity planning.
• Manage relationships with funders, legal advisors, valuers, and credit rating agencies.
• Oversee cashflow forecasting, investment decisions, and loan covenant compliance.
• Strategically manage the asset security portfolio, ensuring accurate documentation and maximising value for funding opportunities.
• Provide expert treasury and security advice to the board, executive team, and operational colleagues.
• Drive process improvements, ensuring robust controls and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor a small specialist team.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or ACT) with significant treasury experience, ideally gained within a complex, multi-entity environment. Strong leadership skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex funding and securitisation arrangements are essential. You will be adept at translating technical financial concepts into clear, actionable advice for non-finance colleagues.
