So, your new role as the Treasury & Banking Manager, will see you overseeing everything from daily cashflow to strategic banking relationships. You’ll manage a talented team of two and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the treasury function runs like clockwork. This will also include but not be limited to:

• Driving working capital optimisation and cost-saving initiatives
• Managing domestic and international payment processes securely and efficiently
• Maintaining robust banking documentation and bank relationships
• Overseeing merchant acquiring, cash carriers, and processors
• Leading RFPs, tenders, and budget forecasting for treasury services
• Ensuring accurate reconciliations across the bank accounts, trading receipts and card transactions
• Being the go-to expert for cash balance sheet management and audit support
• Collaborating on projects to enhance payment acceptance and trading optimisation

To succeed in your new position, you will:

• Be qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, ACT) and have a hands-on approach as a proven Treasury & Banking Specialist.
• Naturally think strategically with a passion for continuous improvement and bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and commercial acumen.
• Have advanced Excel skills with working knowledge of macros and automation.
• Be a true business partner that engages effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
