Travel Specialist – Railway Team£ 27,000 – 28,000City of London THE COMPANY: Our client is a luxury tour operator, who are seeking a Travel Specialist to join their Railway team, on a permanent basis. THE ROLE:

• Promoting railway products
• Quoting and booking group and individual rail travel using various in-house systems
• Managing new and existing accounts
• Operating and invoicing group travel and dealing with pre and post departure queries

THE PERSON:

• Experience in a similar role in the travel industry
• Experience in a customer care environment
• Strong administration and customer service skills
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential, with French, German or Italian an advantage
