Travel Sales Support Executive, London, As a Travel Sales Support Executive you will be central to the smooth running of the department and be expected to provide a broad range of ticketing support activities. It's fast paced and need candidates with Galileo experience in this West London location.Travel Sales Support Executive Responsibilities:Ticketing, Issuing / Reissuing / Refunds tickets in GalileoRun and manage reportsIssuing clients documentation i.e. car vouchers, transfers, excursions, cruise etcDispatch schedule change documentation Resolve in-house booking queriesQuality Control - Sense check bookings Brochure Reports including dispatch and returnsWork closely with the operations, ground and product departmentDeal with agents on post booking queries and some direct clients Travel Sales Support Executive Requirements:Excellent working knowledge of Galileo Ticketing experience requiredA strong work ethic and willingness to go “above and beyond”Ability to work with a team and cooperate with others to achieve team objectives.Thrive working within a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and customer service with strong communication skillsTravel sales support Executive extra Info: Mon – Fri 9am -5.30pm and Sat 10am – 6.30pm ( working 1 in 3)full office based or Hybrid available working 3 days in the officeDiscretionary annual bonusPrivate health care If you have the skills and experience for this role and would like to apply please call Kelly on or email quoting ref : KR 60028
