Travel Coordinator - Events/ Travel Experience Required - Juice Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a fantastic company in their search for Travel Coordinator

The chosen candidate will have experience within travel, events or logistics and be comfortable liaising over the phone with clients and businesses.

Day to day:

• Booking and confirming all relevant services with suppliers
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local suppliers and tourism companies
• Liaising with staff of clients to finalize numbers
• Completing proposals for new clients as well as tour products
• Booking in tours for clients

We would love to see:

• Experience in logistics, travel or events is highly desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry
• Confidence liaising over the phone to different businesses
• Polite and professional telephone manner
