Transport Team LeaderMilton KeynesTemporary to Permanent after 12 successful weeks£16.82 per hour Sunday to Thursday -  11:30AM to 08:00PMWe are looking for an experienced Transport Team Leader to oversee daily transport operations and manage a team of drivers within a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic conditions, has strong leadership capabilities, and is committed to ensuring smooth and compliant transport execution.Job Duties;

• Lead daily transport operations and oversee drivers during assigned shifts.
• Liaise with planners, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
• Monitor deliveries ensuring schedules are adhered to.
• Support shunting operations and delivery station activities.
• Ensure compliance with H&S and transport regulations.

Experience needed;

• Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage operational challenges in real time.
• Familiarity with shunting, dispatch, and warehouse processes.
