We are currently seeking a skilled Traffic/Transport Coordinator to join our client’s dynamic team. As a Traffic Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of traffic and ensuring smooth operations within their organisation. This is a full-time position with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the flow of our drivers
• Develop efficient traffic management strategies to optimise productivity.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Schedule and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
• Monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects.
• Resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during operations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to traffic management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in traffic coordination or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using traffic management software and tools.
• Knowledge of traffic regulations and safety standards.

Office hours : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
