If you have a passion for logistics and enjoy problem solving ina customer-focused way, this is the perfect role for you!Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer enquired and advise on best service options.
• Take payments and book in collections and deliveries.
• Oversee the daily operations of our transportation fleet and develop and maintain transportation schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between drivers, customers, and management, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Ensure all transportation activities adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
• Address any issues or disruptions in transportation services quickly and effectively, finding innovative solutions to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, preparing regular reports for management review.

What We Offer:

• Salary of up to £30,000
• Working hours of Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm and the requirement to work 1 in every 3 Saturdays 7am - 12pm
