Fleet Administrator

Harrow, Middlesex

£25,000 + Pension + Parking

This is a fantastic opportunity for a keen and enthusiastic Fleet Administrator is needed to join a local organisation and assist with the day to day management of the administration function in their busy Transport Department.

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing general administrative, clerical and customer service support in the Transport Department

- Maintaining an up to date record of vehicle and driver documentation on computer system

- Liaising with drivers, insurance companies and vehicle repair companies and handling general enquiries

- Ensuring vehicle and driver corporate compliance and legal requirements are up to date

- Assisting with devising driver daily routes and issuing instructions to the team

- Handling any queries received from drivers, investigating and resolving all issues
