Administrator – Mobility
  • Location: Dagenham 
  • Salary: £13-14ph
  • Notice: Immediate
  • Job Type: Full-time, Fully office based. 
  • Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Seeking a dedicated Administrator to support a Mobility Team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of mobility-based projects while adhering to our organisation's policies and standards.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support the division in all areas of administration, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Assist the manager in meeting targets and goals, and report any financial issues impacting the budget.
  • Produce accurate and prompt reports, maintain monitoring information, and ensure all records and systems are up-to-date.
  • Handle phone, email, and face-to-face queries promptly, politely, and respectfully.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection and health & safety regulations.
  • Support the development of new projects and initiatives within the department.
  • Undertake required training and carry out responsibilities in line with the organisation's Equality and Diversity policy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven administration experience.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Computer literacy and ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and report writing skills. (Excel)
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Desirable: Experience in a transport office environment and a D1 licence.
