This is a hands-on role where you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future efficiency and scalability of the business.
Key Responsibilities:Review current manual processes across AP, AR, Payroll, PO, Expenses, Board Packs, and Management Accounts.
Streamline and automate work-flows to improve accuracy, efficiency, and visibility.
Challenge and enhance spreadsheet-heavy processes, recommending and implementing smarter solutions, working closely with a data engineer to make improvements in new data warehouse system.
Partner with key stakeholders to design practical, fit-for-purpose improvements, controls, and new ways of working.
Process map and project manage this process from start to finish over the next 12 months for a growing SME business.
Strong background in process improvement, transformation, or finance operations.
Proven experience in identifying inefficiencies and delivering effective solutions.
Comfortable working in a hands-on SME environment, balancing strategy with day-to-day delivery.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Tech-savvy, with a keen eye for detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
