Transformation Lead 12 month FTC - Mitchell Adam : Job Details

Are you passionate about driving change and making a real impact in a growing business?Our client, a successful SME services company with a turnover of £50 million is seeking a Transformation Lead to review, modernise, and streamline core processes across the organisation.

This is a hands-on role where you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future efficiency and scalability of the business.

• Review current manual processes across AP, AR, Payroll, PO, Expenses, Board Packs, and Management Accounts.

• Streamline and automate work-flows to improve accuracy, efficiency, and visibility.

• Challenge and enhance spreadsheet-heavy processes, recommending and implementing smarter solutions, working closely with a data engineer to make improvements in new data warehouse system.

• Partner with key stakeholders to design practical, fit-for-purpose improvements, controls, and new ways of working.

• Process map and project manage this process from start to finish over the next 12 months for a growing SME business.

• Strong background in process improvement, transformation, or finance operations.

• Proven experience in identifying inefficiencies and delivering effective solutions.

• Comfortable working in a hands-on SME environment, balancing strategy with day-to-day delivery.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Tech-savvy, with a keen eye for detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
