We are currently looking for an experiencedTransformation & Change Leadto join our Commercial Transformation & Change team. This is a newly created position to support the growth of the team and deliver successful change projects within the commercial vehicle division.

Key dimensions of the role

  • Use project management, change management, and process improvement methodologies to facilitate successful business change
  • Define detailed business requirements ranging from small-scale to strategic transformational change, supporting Group Tech & Change to develop into technical specifications where applicable
  • Identify, validate, and quantify business change requirements, leading to an accept or reject decision
  • Develop and execute plans based on the specific solution, ensuring business change projects and customer implementations are delivered effectively and on time
  • Adopt a change management approach, ensuring project teams, stakeholders and impacted individuals are engaged throughout
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with customers and/or relevant internal stakeholders
  • Manage projects through to completion ensuring plans, action logs and RAIDs are updated in line with agreed frequencies
  • Facilitate and participate in divisional UAT, training and sign-off as appropriate
  • Complete project close activities, reviewing the success and identifying lessons to be learned
  • Support in the development of team processes, templates, and ways of working
  • Provide training and support to enable other team members to successfully deliver their projects
  • Represent the commercial division at Group Tech & Change prioritisation session
  • Deliver successfulchange projects within the commercial vehicle division
  • Support the effectivedelivery of group-wide transformational projects into the commercial vehicle division
  • Onboard new customers into the Zenithcommercial vehicle division
  • Implement new solutions for existingcommercial division customers
  • Promotecontinuous improvement across the commercial division

  • Find the balance between project management, change management and process improvement, appropriate to each change I deliver
  • Ensure activities and deliverables relevant to the change are planned and executed
  • Deliver against key milestones and overall project timescales
  • Ensure changes are sustainable and fully adopted by the business
  • Fully engage colleagues and customers, receiving great feedback on the impact I have had
  • Enable other team members to achieve the same

What you will bring with you

  • Considerable experience in at least one of project management, change management and process improvement methodologies. Ideally able to demonstrate some experience in all three
  • Uses both logical and lateral thinking to find the best solutions
  • Able to manipulate and interrogate data
  • Excellent facilitation skills, with experience of running results driven workshops with senior stakeholders
  • Able to deliver complex concepts in simple and understandable terms
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to challenge and influence at all levels
  • Able to work independently and use initiative
  • Able to prioritise and manage competing demands
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
