Are you an experienced transactional finance leader ready to hit the ground running in a dynamic organisation?We’re seeking an Interim Transactional Finance Lead for a high-impact, fixed-term contract (9-12 months). You will provide strong leadership across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring operational excellence and driving process improvements. This role is critical to the finance team’s success and requires an immediate start.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Accounts Payable Manager and Accounts Receivable Manager, ensuring high performance and strong service delivery.

• Accounts Receivable Focus: Oversee AR operations with an emphasis on aged debt recovery, resolving misallocations and unidentified payments.

• Process Redesign: Drive a full review and redesign of transactional finance processes, collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Customer Success, and International teams.

• Systems Implementation: Co-lead the rollout of a new AP automation tool, ensuring seamless adoption and robust controls.

• Month-End Delivery: Manage transactional month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journals, to support accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Service Excellence: Maintain high standards of service to internal and external stakeholders, with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Internal Controls: Ensure effective internal controls are in place and adhered to across AP and AR processes.

• KPI Monitoring: Define, track, and analyse KPIs to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Audit Readiness: Act as a key point of contact for external auditors, providing timely and accurate documentation.

• Culture & Development: Foster a high-performance culture that supports growth, development, and change readiness.

• Proven experience in managing AP and AR teams within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong track record in process improvement and financial operations leadership.

• Confident leading system implementations and driving change initiatives.
