Transactional Accountant - Elevation Recruitment Group : Job Details

Elevation Accountancy & Finance are excited to be working with a specialist manufacturing business based Rotherham, as they look to recruit a Transactional Accountant into their team, to support the Finance team with transactional finance activities and the processing of VAT submissions.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Transactional Accountant will include:

• Processing of VAT returns for the UK entities
• Monitoring and reconciliation of corporation tax payments
• Analysis of accounts for tax submissions
• Monitor Accruals and Prepayments
• Processing of Supplier Payments
• Daily bank postings.
• Weekly Input to the cashflow model.
• Support the month end process.
• Assistance with the annual audit.
• Preparation of P11D information
• Day to day support / cover of the finance function

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following skills & experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• AAT qualified or studying
• Good analytical skills
