Description
- undertaking analysis and reporting on the financial position of the business as part of our Transaction Services engagements, which include PE buyside, PE portfolio bolt-ons, Corporate acquisitions, Vendor Assistance, Vendor Due Diligence, Refinancing and IPO readiness
- representing the business in the wider professional community through marketing activities and developing your own professional network
- contributing to key account management, our LinkedIn campaign and online presence through thought leadership articles
- helping to drive forward our various ESG initiatives: "Doing well by doing good"
- opportunities to widen your skill set by working on Corporate Advisory projects, such as financial modeling, cash flow management and other M&A work.
Profile
- ACA or ACCA Qualified
- Big 4 or Top 10 background withing audit / deals / restructuring
- A real interest in transaction services
