An independent professional services business providing Transaction Services and Corporate Advisory Support to Corporates (both listed and privately owned), Private Equity houses, financial institutions and entrepreneurs across a broad range of industries and sectors.

Description

• undertaking analysis and reporting on the financial position of the business as part of Transaction Services engagements, which include PE buyside, PE portfolio bolt-ons, Corporate acquisitions, Vendor Assistance, Vendor Due Diligence, Refinancing and IPO readiness
• representing the business in the wider professional community through marketing activities and developing your own professional network
• recruiting and developing staff

Profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• 5+ years of transaction services experience
• Track record of winning work
• Desire to build something
