Are you an ACA/ACCA qualified professional with strong audit or corporate finance experience, looking to make your mark in Transaction Services? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing advisory firm in Liverpool as an Assistant Manager in Transaction Services, supporting a wide range of exciting deals across multiple sectors.

As a Transaction Services Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and financial modelling for private equity and corporate clients. Working closely with senior team members and partners, you will:

• Lead work streams on buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements.

• Review historical trading, working capital and cash flow, and assess quality of earnings.

• Support the preparation of due diligence reports for clients and investors.

• Build and review financial models to support transactions and business planning.

• Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality client delivery.

• Develop strong client relationships and contribute to business development activity.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, commercially minded and thrives in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment. To be successful, you will have:

• ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).

• Experience in audit, corporate finance, or transaction services (Big 4 or Top 10 background desirable).

• Strong technical understanding of UK GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting.

• Excellent analytical skills, with experience handling large datasets.

• Strong Excel/financial modelling skills.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues to clients.
