The Client

An established and widely known Wealth Management firm servicing Investment Management needs to High-Net-Worth Clients

The Role

The Transaction Reporting Associate role will sit within the Client Services team within the Investment Management firm, supporting the daily Transaction Reporting processes as well as assisting with the Transaction Reporting reconciliation in relation to Asset Servicing. 

The Transaction Reporting Associate will be responsible for setting up new assets within the Investment Management firm as well as updating and reviewing them when required to do so. 

The Transaction Reporting Associate will review and maintain all Transaction Reporting including Asset Maintenance static data. 

Make regular and sporadic exception reports to analyse and to ensure that all Static Data is up to date. 

The Transaction Reporting Associate is expected to contribute to any enhancements of procedures and processes as well as any ad hoc projects that me be required of them. 

The Candidate 

Transaction Reporting experience within and Asset Management or Wealth Management company - essential!

Experience working with Static Data.

Client service focus. 

Good understanding of the importance of the regulatory framework within which Wealth Management sits.
