Transaction Banking Business Support Officer with Fluent Mandarin - Prime Personnel : Job Details

A prestigious international bank is seeking a dynamic individual to support various business areas within the bank on a range of operational issues regarding onboarding target clients, regulatory/reporting requirements and data analysis.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with transaction banking business and business development
• Preparing reports and analysis regarding transaction banking activities - volumes/revenue etc
• Responding to client queries regarding transaction banking and liaising with RM’s

Your experience must include:

• Proven relevant banking experience with a good knowledge of transaction banking products and related services (cash management products e.g. digital channels/payments/collections/liquidity management/deposits/FX related business)
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Good Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Fluency in Mandarin is ESSENTIAL
