Training Support Coordinator
- Location: TW (with potential home working)
- Job Type: Part-time, 24 hours per week (over a minimum of 3 days)
- Hourly Rate: £12-£14
My client is looking for a part time Training Support Coordinator to assist in managing a busy schedule of courses and assessments, ensuring an outstanding experience for every learner.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage delegate bookings and process amendments.
- Handle course results and issue certificates.
- Respond to learner and trainer enquiries via phone and email.
- Support test setup, remote invigilation, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records in our systems.
- Coordinate logistics for in-house and external training events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Confident in using digital tools such as Outlook, Excel, and CRMs, or quick to learn.
- Comfortable handling a varied workload in a busy environment.
- Experience in training, events, or education support is advantageous.
- Familiarity with systems such as ClassMarker, SimpleCert, or Salesforce-type CRMs is preferred.
