Trainer - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Your new roleI am recruiting for a Trainer job; you will be joining an experienced team of trainers on site. The role itself will be training small groups of people on construction-based courses. You will be actively involved in training to a high standard of professionalism, ensuring all assessment, training and testing comply with awarding organisations and standards. Duties include but not limited to:

• Completing registers for enrolments and completions
• Train and test new learners
• Working closely with internal and external partners
• Maintain professional, technical and industry knowledge
• Comply with Awarding Organisations for both internal and external audits.

What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this job you will require

• Professional approach to training
• Be well-presented, personable and present well when training
• 3 years plant experience
• Knowledge of H&S beneficial
• Keen eye for detail and being an active learner
• Work well as part of a small team
