Trainer Location:  Westminster £38,000- £40,000

Responsibilities

As a Traineryour key responsibilities will include:

  • Design and deliver effective training programmes, including staff inductions and refresher courses
  • Use various learning methods (classroom, eLearning, on-the-job) to meet diverse staff needs
  • Promote inclusive, values-driven, and safe care practice in all training sessions
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure ongoing compliance and learning support
  • Evaluate and report on training effectiveness, making continuous improvements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for training compliance and staff development
  • Support the development and performance of care staff through coaching and feedback

Requirements

  • Teaching or training qualification (e.g. train the trainer)
  • Experience in adult social care
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and person-centred care
  • Excellent verbal, written, and digital communication skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development
