Trainer / Coach - Digital & IT - Forward Role : Job Details

12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Remote WorkingSalary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum

We’re looking for a passionate Trainer/Coach to support learners on their journey to achieving recognised digital qualifications. This is a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to deliver engaging, learner-focused training from wherever you are, while making a real difference to people’s digital careers.

You’ll be delivering and coaching learners towards:

• Gateway – Extended Certificate in Digital & IT (Level 2 and above)

• Agored Diploma in Digital Product Management (Level 4)

• Deliver interactive, engaging training sessions remotely via online platforms.

• Provide one-to-one and group coaching to help learners reach their potential.

• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to keep them on track.

• Use a variety of teaching resources and digital tools to enhance learning.

• Keep accurate learner records and ensure high standards of delivery are maintained.

• Support learners with both the technical skills and professional behaviours needed in today’s workplace.

• Experience delivering digital/IT training or coaching in a similar environment.

• Knowledge of Level 2 Digital & IT and Level 4 Digital Product Management qualifications (Gateway/Agored experience is a bonus).

• Confident using remote teaching platforms and digital collaboration tools.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to break down complex topics.

• Organised, supportive, and able to adapt to different learning styles.
