Trainer - 9 month FTC - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Are you passionate about developing others and driving excellence? We're looking for a dynamic and experiencedTrainer to deliver training across our clients' UK operations.

Your new roleAs a UK-wide trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering classroom-based training to teams of engineers. You will develop the training material outlining operating procedures and expectations. You will manage your own diary to schedule training sessions across the UK, ensuring that you are utilising your time effectively.

What you'll need to succeedWe are looking for an experienced trainer, who is used to working remotely and autonomously. This isn't delivering technical training, so you don't need an engineering background, however experience of training delivery to a blue-collar workforce would be useful.
