Trainee Shot Blaster - First Achieve Ltd : Job Details

First Achieve are working with a leading manufacturer of agricultural equipment, renowned for their high-quality production standards. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Trainee Shot Blaster to their team.

• Preparing and organising parts for blasting

• Loading and unloading items into blasting equipment

• Following production deadlines and schedules

• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment

• Carrying out basic equipment checks and maintenance (filters, nozzles, dust extraction units, etc.)

• Using safety equipment correctly at all times

• Working to company procedures and policies

• Communicating effectively with colleagues

• No experience required - full training will be provided

• Willingness to do hands-on, physical work (the role is noisy, dusty, and requires protective gear)

• Positive, "can-do" attitude and reliability

• Mechanical ability beneficial (confidence with tools and machinery helps)

• Organised and able to work on own initiative (preparing parts, managing workload without constant supervision)

• Strong communication skills

• Valid forklift licence

• Overhead crane experience
