On-Target Earning (Year 1): £25,000 - £30,000

Job Responsibilities

• Building and nurturing relationships with both vendors and purchasers
• Registering purchasers, ensuring they are qualified financially, and understanding their wants and needs
• Conducting viewings and delivering top-notch pre and post-appointment feedback
• Negotiating sales between the vendor and purchaser
• Cross-selling additional services like mortgage and conveyancing to vendors and purchasers
