Days/ Times: Monday- Friday 9:00- 17:30 / Alternate Saturdays 9:00- 15:00

As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in the sales process, assisting clients in buying and selling residential properties. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their property needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Property Bookings: Assist the team in booking appointments and keep the diary up to date.
  • Listing Properties: Work closely with senior negotiators to create appealing property listings, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property.
  • Viewings: Accompany potential buyers on property viewings, answering questions, and providing relevant information about the properties.
  • Negotiation: Learn negotiation skills by assisting in price negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve successful transactions.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about the local property market trends, pricing, and competition to provide valuable insights to clients.
