Trainee Sales Neg (Estate Agent)

Salary: £25k - £25,500k DOE Full training and company benefits

Location: Brighton

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–5:30 PM

Saturdays: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM (1 in 2, with a day off in lieu during the week)

Extended Saturday hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM) apply during August and September. Please note that annual leave is restricted during this peak period.

To apply you must have a full UK drivers’ license and own transport – free parking as part of your package (Trader’s permit)

Responsibilities

  • Welcome buyers, register applicants and understand their requirements
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Proactively match applicants to suitable properties and follow up promptly
  • Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email and portals; maintain accurate records on the CRM
  • Support sales progression: liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and surveyors to keep chains moving
  • Contribute to marketing: create engaging listings, assist with photos, floorplans and window displays
  • Generate new business through canvassing, call-outs and excellent customer service
  • Work to individual and branch KPIs while upholding high service standards

About You

  • Positive, people-focused and commercially aware with strong communication skills
  • Resilient, proactive and organised—comfortable working to targets and deadlines
  • Tech-savvy with good IT/CRM skills and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
