This is a hybrid working role - 3 days in the office, which also offers such superb benefits as 24 days holiday, free parking and a weekly get together every Friday.

This position will have NO cold calling. You will be given regular clients to manage in the initial stages of your role- then if you are ready, willing, and able be given your own portfolio of clients to manage. You may be a recent graduate or someone with some basic or similar sales experience who is ready for their next career move.

You will work closely with the Business development director and will provide all round account support on an initial basis.

Specific responsibilities of the role:

• Liaising with existing and prospective clients - providing excellent customer service at all times
• Dealing with incoming enquiries, meetings & diary management for contacts to attend the meetings.
• Obtain correct information to provide an accurate quotation for orders
• Updating the CRM system with any client liaison including uploading quotes
• Process client information, obtaining new account details, billing information, purchase order numbers etc.
• Assist with regular reporting.
