What You'll Be Doing:

As a Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive full training to help you:

• Build and manage your own client and candidate relationships
• Source top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, and direct headhunting
• Match candidates to exciting job opportunities
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial call to offer
• Work towards clear targets with support and mentoring from experienced consultants

What We're Looking For:

• A confident communicator who thrives in a people-focused environment
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a bonus, but not essential
• A desire to build a long-term, successful career in recruitment
