Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for speaking to applicants and managing the candidate experience, helping to manage, prepare and coach candidates through the interview and assessment process.

Requirements:

• C or 4 and above on Maths and English GCSE required
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious, confident and determined
• Hardworking, with a strong desire to succeed
