Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Role

· Business development - help expand clinical professions we are approved to supply

· Calling clients and following up with emails

· Registering and Interviewing candidates

· Using LinkedIn Recruiter / Our database / CV billboards

· Working with a close-knit, friendly and supportive team of experienced recruiters

· Building strong working relationships with clients and candidates

Trainee Recruitment Consultant -The Benefits

· £20,000 - £23,000 Basic salary

· Uncapped commission

· Other incentives (nights out, expensed lunches, trips away)
