This is a high-impact, high-reward protection sales role with hot inbound leads, no cold calling, and a proven model: £1,000+ per policy (typical) Clients who need you — not who need convincing Advisers feeding you qualified leads daily

 What You’ll Be Doing

• Convert live, qualified mortgage leads into protection business — no cold sourcing
• Work closely with your adviser pod to maximise referral volumes and retention
• Deliver honest, client-first advice with precision, urgency, and follow-through
• Own your pipeline — from contact to completion
• Learn, grow, and earn — with clear targets and ongoing coaching
