An Exciting Opportunity to Progress in Financial Planning

A well-established and growing financial planning firm in Southport is looking for a Trainee Paraplanner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in financial planning or wealth management administration who is ready to take the next step in their career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in preparing suitability reports, top-up letters and withdrawal documentation
• Conduct research across pensions, investments and protection plans
• Prepare files for client meetings, attend reviews and follow up on action points
• Ensure all documentation meets compliance standards
• Handle client communication and support adviser diary management

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in financial planning or wealth management administration
• Progress toward the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office; knowledge of financial software is a bonus
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and a team-focused attitude
• Understanding of FCA regulations and industry standards
