About the Role – Trainee Mortgage Advisor Norfolk

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor in Norfolk, you’ll work within a busy estate agency branch with access to 8–10 qualified leads per week. You’ll be fully supported by senior Mortgage Advisors, trained on the full mortgage and protection process, and guided through your journey to become a confident, self-sufficient Trainee Mortgage Broker.

This is the perfect opportunity for a CeMAP 1 qualified individual who is hungry for success, target-driven, and ready to grow into a high-performing, whole-of-market mortgage professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver bespoke mortgage and protection advice to clients referred via the estate agency network.
• Conduct fact-finds and assess individual needs to recommend suitable products.
• Work with lenders, solicitors, and support teams to ensure a smooth client journey.
• Meet performance targets and KPI expectations in a high-lead-flow environment.
• Manage your client pipeline and maintain detailed, compliant case notes.
• Build strong relationships with estate agency colleagues to maximise opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:

• CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
• A strong desire to begin a rewarding career as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker.
• Experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Professional, confident communicator with the ability to build rapport.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Clean credit history and no unspent criminal convictions.
• A proactive, resilient, and target-driven attitude with a commitment to delivering great client service.
