Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Salary: £26k + OTE £45k +

Location: Brighton

Hours: Mon- Sat (5-day week with 2 Saturdays off per month)

Are you a motivated individual with a passion for property, finance, and delivering exceptional client service? If you’re keen to build a long-term career as a Mortgage Advisor and gain your CeMAP qualification, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and expanding mortgage brokerage working in partnership with a leading chain of estate agents in Brighton.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients throughout their mortgage and protection journey, ensuring they receive the best advice and support.
• Conduct comprehensive fact-finds to present suitable mortgage recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with the estate agency team to generate new business and maximise lead opportunities.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
• Liaise with clients from initial enquiry through to mortgage completion.
• Ensure full FCA compliance and adherence to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system.

To apply for this role, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Self-motivated, professional, and confident communicator.
• Either already studying towards CeMAP qualification or committed to achieving it.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.
• Passionate about client care and delivering excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
