Must-haves:

• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to be in a sales-based role in the future.
• Reliable, committed, and proactive approach to work.
• Comfortable with data entry and general administration duties.
• Either minimum CeMAP 1 or currently studying for CeMAP.

Nice-to-haves:

• Previous experience in financial services or administration.
• Exposure to customer liaison with lenders, solicitors, or providers.
• Experience handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
• Interest in Mortgage & Protection products.
